Sandy/librarians
Not sure if you will think this is appropriate/suitable for your library, but I found it very interesting. I tried it - but nothing happened for me. However, given all the Christmas feasting I probably had too full a tummy, had done no exercise, drank too much coffee, etc, etc. And the wrong chair...

Help identifying crystals

I am new to using crystals and recently bought some off the internet and i am not sure what they are. I would be grateful if someone with more experience could help. I have described what they look like below.

1. All black but one side shines silver in the light.

2. Like a clear quartz but quite misty with a slight yellow/orange color.

3. Mottled green/brown/beige/white.

4. Half red/half yellow. quite like amber.

5. Black but mostly covered in white...

I needed some retail therepy so went out to annew crystal shop.I was really drawn to this crystal that i had never heard of before and wondered if any of you have any experiance of it..........its called Atlantasite and is a mottled green colour.
