I swore after this house I would never move again unless something drastic occurred. In the last 2 years we have about 60 new neighbors with a total of 90 homes in that development. This spring they will begin clearing the desert scrub brush from the other side of Ghost Town road for another 120 plots to go for sale. I understand your nerves at the uncertainty Mam. The only thing we are certain of now is that we moved out here in the boonies to be away from nightlights & people and they followed us out here. Hopefully they will continue to spread their developments north here on the western side of the road. If so they have already bought out 7 owners who lived in this area for quite a bit more than the actual worth ( When your buying $320,000 + homes you certainly can't be expected to live amongst "locals") If the developers offer us that kind of money we will move further out Stanton Octave road and be able to see all the stars at night again.

Hopefully Fran loves us all enough by now to reveal her true identity as one of the richest women in the UK and will buy us all fantabulous homes up in the Sedona Red Rocks and we can all meet at 2 every after noon. for meditation and feel the hum.
