Tomorow is when a lot of people do their fireworks, for our 4th of July. I was going to take Julia to where I always go. I'm not sure this year, they say we're suppost to have thunderstorms all day. I hope their wrong like they are so many times.

We had a lovely fortnight and the weather was more than kind, my niece went home with a lovely tan and her hubby like a lobster lol !! So now it's playing catch-up on two weeks neglected housework, washing and gardening............then I can catch up on neglected meditation, slap my legs !!! Should be the other way round I know, but I can't med in a mess !!! Hope you are all well and happy Nanny xx

Just tonight and tomorrow night before my girls all come home. Although It's been pretty quiet here without them, lol. A bloody knat got in the house last night while I was asleep. Not only did it keep me awake with it's high pitched buzzing but when I finally fell asleep the bugger got me. I woke up with huge lumps across my shoulder and down my arm. God how I hate those little sods.

Silver Member Posts: 78 07-03-08 01:07 Trudi	Weather-wise.. we've been experiencing wild icy winds and rain here.. since it is our Winter! lol Our boys are also on their school break for two weeks so they're keeping me busy and with the weather as it is.. off the PC when they're home! It seems hospital visits are a part of the norm for us. Our three youngest sons (aged 16, 14 & 13) had their heart reviews done on Tuesday in Melbourne. Because the doctors weren't 100% sure of the cause of our eldest sons illness last year.. they're doing regular checks on the other three in case it turns out to be a genetic thing. Two were given the all clear this time round. Only needing yearly checks now until they're in their mid-twenties. Our youngest sons heart isn't contracting as strongly as it should be so they're wanting him to go in more regularly for tests. All that aside however, they're all going well at the moment! With so much happening these past 18 months.. I feel out of sorts with myself and I am going to try to do at least one full meditation a week. That's my aim anyway! lol Hope this month has begun well for all here! Blessings and Love as you step into the Mystery.. -Dreaming Awake-

Today I have a DR's appointment, nothing serious. Then I'm going to where their is fireworks tonight and wait for them. I'm hoping the rain stops so they will fire them off. It's suppose to. I was going to bring Julia with me, but she has run me ragged. So I think I'll leave her home. As soon as it stops raining, and I have the time, I need to cut my grass. It takes me about 4 hours. I hope everyone has a wondrful day.

Administrator Platinum Member Posts: 4691 07-12-08 03:34 Sandy My Development Diary	My word, not one of us has posted in this thread since 4th July. What have I been up to all this time??? Well, I have been staying at Sarah's since she came back off of holiday 2 weeks ago. I never bothered to go home because the weather has been so bad that we have mostly been keeping each other company indoors. I have also been making several skins for people and as each skin takes me 2 or 3 days it has kept me busy. I particularly enjoyed making this one as several code came up that I have never had to use before. It was certainly a test of my skills to build this one I can tell you. I am very pleased with it though. I have no more orders now for skins, either profile or board so I am going to be a little lost for something to play with. I do have a good book that I bought the other day to make a start on though so I suppose I could give the comp a bit of a rest. Trouble is I am a comp addict, lol. Hoping all have a very good weekend.

The reason for this is because my Zandranna name I use mostly for advertising my own personal board and for promoting the profiles and blogs. This means that my avatar and signature just doens't fit in with me on this board. I want to have a different persona on here. Spirit of Wisdom was my custom name on our Ezboard community and I was lucky enough to grab it here on Yuku several months ago. This also means I can have a nicer and more colourful profile to go with it.

Just a little info for it. I was in the dark taking these pics, no other sources of light were in front of me and this orb/light only appeared on this pic.
