As long as she is thinking along those lines she will attract all sorts of negativity to herself .... she needs to ground and protect as Audrey says also she may need some Healing to remove any negative energy that is around her .

Her Mum picked her up from the house this morning. She'd rang and asked to get picked up earlier than they'd planned, and when Tracey arrived, Sarrie was sitting outside waiting for her. I passed the grounding & protection onto Tracey and she's printed it up for Sarrie who said she'll do it morning and night. Tracey said Thank You Audrey for passing those techniques on.

I recommended a heavily salted bath to Tracey of a mixture of epsom & rock salt for Sarrie to help cleanse her of body toxins as well as to help cleanse her energy. She soaked in it for around 1/2 an hour and after she got out.. had a terrible headache.. but fell asleep within 10 minutes. After waking, Tracey said she is looking a lot better than she did and Sarrie commented she was feeling better than she did.

Tracey is going to try to find a healer around the area they live Fran. They live in a rural area, so she's willing to look further to help her.


I will remind you all that there is no way the spirit of anyone can attach to us that's only in stories

Thank You for this information Fran. All I've read on the subject, not one has said this. It brings a lot of clarity to what is happening.

Sure we can pick up good and negative energies but it's just as bad to pick up to much positive as negative as we need to keep the Balance I would not want to be bouncing around like a ball .

Tracey went inside when she got there this morning, and she said the atmosphere of the house felt heavy. She is going to get some information on doing clearing energy within a space.. to clear the house. I'm going to send her a smudge stick and have recommended salt. I'm not sure she knows of anyone who may be able to do more.

Does your sister know anyone who could do a healing for her to detach any negative energy ?

No, she doesn't. She might be able to find someone who does Reiki in a larger town near them, other than that, I'm not sure.

It's Possible that she is Depressed herself and it has nothing to do with the Board that must be looked at as well .She is at the age when it happens and often it's to the strong willed stubborn people and they cant understand what is Happening to them . I have used a board for years and had no Problems I do not recommend them to inexperienced people.Simply because spirit do find them easy to use .Maybe you could do a Healing group meditation for her but please don't disregard the fact she may need some Medical help.xx

They've talked about health issues Fran as Tracey's first thought was it may have been depression, but it's only been since she's moved into this house that she's felt this way. She doesn't drink, smoke or take drugs.. and she openly speaks with her Mum about many things that are happening with her and in her life. Many of her friends have moved out of home and Sarrie was on her Mum's case about it because it was the 'in' thing to do. So when she did move out to see what it was like, it was agreed to by both Sarrie and her Mum and Dad. Tracey felt if she experienced it and saw it was not all it was cracked up to be.. she would end up moving back in and give up on the idea until she was ready, not just because everyone else was doing it. From both their views, she was very happy up until they held this last seance.
