After the usual preliminary gassing, we got down to some serious work and had a really lovely healing circle

I walked down a pathway to the beach and everyone showed up there. I placed everyone in a stripey deckchair, each a colour of the rainbow (except Alexander who had a stripey crib - sweet!).

I called upon Spirit for a healing rainbow and it arched right over our circle of chairs. I sat on the sand in the middle. And then the rainbow started to spin around us all anti-clockwise, until it blurred into white light, and like a twister went up into the clouds.

Then a shaft of white light came down from the sky and engulfed me in the centre. My hands got boiling hot and tingly, and I knew I had to use the energy. I went outside the circle and round everyone, one-by-one and placed my hands on their shoulders and felt this energy go into them.

Sometimes I actually saw it, eg on Mo it went all over her, as did Fran's; on David it went down the spine and into his large joints. The baby didn't take much at all. mebbe as so small. Sadly I felt cancer with June my mother-in-law, so asked just for feelgood healing. Felicia's felt very emotional. This was very, very draining - I almost had to stop.

Then I put a mini rainbow over each and everyone's shoulders and sat down in the centre again. I actually thought about gong to sleep, I was so tired! Then white energy came down from the sky and spinned clockwise until it broke out into a large rainbow over all of us agaim, then gradually faded. And I'm not tired anymore, but still v.tingly
